Georgia Memory Net is here for all of Georgia

Because dementia doesn't discriminate.
We're on a mission to achieve earlier diagnosis for all Georgians impacted by Alzheimer's and related dementias, but especially those in rural and remote communities. The need to advance dementia treatment is urgent as our senior population increases and Alzheimer's disease reaches epidemic proportions. Data suggests that one in nine adults over 45 is worried about cognitive health, yet 80% of them had not shared their concerns with a doctor.
If you're looking for answers or have a patient who needs an evaluation, we encourage you to learn more about how to diagnose dementia and how we can help.
We have assessment clinics with seven different health systems across the state and even more assisted telehealth access sites at Department of Public Health clinics. Our team, supported by other health care and community partners, works in concert with primary care physicians to accelerate accurate dementia diagnosis and customized care plans.
Tapping into Georgia Memory Net can provide you with answers you've been looking for, a support network nearby, and a pipeline to treatments.
Clarity, care, and community is just a phone call away with Georgia Memory Net.
