Community members are invited to attend a free educational forum focused on understanding Alzheimer’s disease, including prevention strategies, early diagnosis, and available care and caregiver resources.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia and affects millions of families nationwide. This forum aims to empower individuals with accurate information, reduce stigma surrounding memory loss, and connect families to trusted support services.
